3.  Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 – Application for Regular Extension

The Board is invited to consider the following application for the grant of a regular extension:-

Applicant - Golspie Golf Club and Robert Beaton, Cladach, Duke Street, Golspie.
Name of Premises - Golspie Golf Club, Ferry Road, Golspie. (Club)
Hours applied for - From 11pm to 1am the following day on Fridays; From 11pm to 11.45pm on Saturdays; From 11.15am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 6.30pm on Sundays.

4.  Conversion Applications for Premises Licences

There is circulated report (cser_lic_5_08) dated 11th June, 2008, by the Clerk explaining to Members the process for conversion applications for premises licences.
