held in Assembly Rooms, Wick

1.  Apologies for Absence

Apologies for absence were intimated on behalf of Mr David Flear, Mrs Deirdre Mackay, Mrs Linda Munro and Ms Maxine Smith.

2.  Quorum

The Chairman reported that as a quorum of four Board members was unable to be present the meeting would require to be adjourned until a later date.  Mrs Sinclair agreed to arrange a meeting at an early date convenient to members.
