2.  Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 – Hearing – Application for Taxi Driver’s Licence

The Committee is invited to consider an application a Taxi Driver’s Licence lodged by Mr. Allan Norris (from Landward Caithness Ward).

The relevant papers will be circulated to the Committee on the day of the meeting.  A copy of the Council’s Hearings Procedure is appended hereto.  The Area Solicitor advises that as the Committee is acting in a quasi-judicial capacity when determining the application, it is inappropriate to make any recommendation.
