The Committee is asked to resolve that under Section 50A(4) of  the  Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, the public be excluded from the meeting during discussion of the following items on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 8, 9 and 11 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A of the Act.

3. Pre Qualification Evaluation

There is circulated Report No SWCH20/06 by the Director of Social Work which sets out the background and approach to the pre qualification evaluation exercise and seeks approval of the recommendations made by the Care Home Initiative Project Team, to invite the identified five bidders to participate in the competitive dialogue phase of the process.

The Sub-Committee is asked to approve the recommendations as detailed in the report.
