3. Application for a House in Multiple Occupation

 
There is circulated Report No. LCI-14-08 dated 27th May 2008 by the Area Solicitor which relates to an application for a licence for a House in Multiple Occupation at 4 Heatherley House, 22 Culduthel Road, Inverness. 

 

The Committee is invited to give consideration to the application.

 

4. Application for a House in Multiple Occupation

 

There is circulated Report No. LCI-15-08 dated 26th May 2008 by the Area Solicitor which relates to an application for a licence for a House in Multiple Occupation at 7 Cedarwood Avenue, Inverness.

 

The Committee is invited to give consideration to the application.

 

5. Application for a Late Hours Catering Licence  

 

There is circulated Report No. LCI-16-08 dated 27th May 2008 by the Area Solicitor inviting Members to consider an application for a Late Hours Catering Licence in respect of Munchees Takeaway, Farraline Park, Inverness.

6. Licensed Taxi Driver – Notification of Penalty Points

 

There is circulated Report No.LCI-17-08 dated 1 May 2008 by the Area Solicitor which relates to a licensed Taxi Driver, Mr Grant Devlin.

 

The Committee is asked to consider whether or not the licence holder continues to be a fit and proper person to hold a taxi driver’s licence and, upon determining this, whether any action should be taken against the licence holder in the form of a warning or suspension of licence.

 

7. Licensed Taxi Operator and Taxi Driver – Notification of Charge

 

There is circulated Report No.  LCI-18-08 dated 12 May 2008 by the Area Solicitor which relates to a licensed Taxi Operator and Taxi Driver, Mr Thomas Inglis, who has been charged with an offence.
