4.  Revenue Budget Monitoring Statement 2011/12       

  
There is circulated, for noting, Report No  VAL-1-11 comprising a statement and commentary by the Assessor and Electoral Registration Officer on Revenue Expenditure and Income for the period to 30 November 2011.


5.  Revenue Budget 2012/13      

  
There is circulated letter concerning Revenue Budget 2012-13 dated 21 December 2011 by the Assessor and Electoral Registration Officer to the Convenor comprising the draft estimates of expenditure and income for 2012/13 and a draft requisitions statement prepared jointly by the Assessor and Electoral Registration Officer and the Treasurer.


The Board is asked to agree:-


i. a revenue budget for 2012/13 as detailed in the report; and


ii.the requisitions to be levied on each of the Constituent Authorities.


6.  Departmental Report      


There is circulated Report No  VAL-2-11 by the Assessor and Electoral Registration Officer advising on the current position of the main activities of the Department.


7.  Schedule of Meetings 2012 

                                                                               
The Board is asked to approve the following schedule of meetings for 2012, taking account of the forthcoming elections.  It is recommended that the meetings be held at the Highland Council Headquarters, Inverness commencing at 11am.
