A meeting of the Planning Review Body will take place in the Council Chamber, Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness on Thursday 21 June 2012 at 10.30 am.

 

Members are reminded that in the determination of a Notice of Review, to be entitled to participate, they must be present throughout all of the proceedings, including the site inspection, if any.

 

Webcast Notice: This meeting will be filmed and broadcast over the Internet on the Highland Council website and will be archived and available for viewing for 12 months thereafter.

The Planning Review Body has already agreed to hold a site visit for this Notice of Review and arrangements for this will be discussed at the meeting. The applicant has also requested that the Notice of Review be determined following a hearing. The Planning Review Body must therefore decide whether it has sufficient information in order to determine the Notice of Review following the site visit or whether further information is required. If it decides that further information is required and that this information would best be obtained at a hearing, the Planning Review Body must identify what information it needs and which party is to provide this information at the hearing. It should also indicate which other parties should attend the hearing.
