A meeting of the Planning Review Body will take place on Thursday 19 July 2012 commencing with a Site Visit departing from the North Highland College, Ormlie Road, Thurso at 11.00am and thereafter back at the North Highland College, Thurso for the meeting proper commencing no earlier than 1.00pm.

 

Members are reminded that in the determination of a Notice of Review, to be entitled to participate, they must be present throughout all of the proceedings, including the site inspection.

 

Members are also asked to note that the arrangements for the site visit and meeting are as follows, and that while times may vary, each part will commence no earlier than the time listed;

 

11.00am:  Rendezvous at North Highland College, Ormlie Road, Thurso for Site Visit in respect of Notice of Review Forss 12-00002-Forss

 

12.30pm:  Lunch at North Highland College, Ormlie Road, Thurso

 

1.00pm:  Meeting of Planning Review Body at North Highland College, Thurso
