2. Report on Policy Consultation
There is circulated Report No. LBR-06-07 by the Depute Clerk dated 26 October 2007 which advises that a joint meeting of the Highland Divisional Licensing Boards agreed a draft Statement of Policy, in terms of Section 6 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, with respect to the exercise of their functions.
The Depute Clerk invites the Board to comment on the responses received following consultation of the draft Statement of Policy.
3. Guidelines for the Grant of Occasional Consents
at Christmas/New Year
There is circulated Report No LBR-07-07 by the Depute Clerk dated 23 October 2007 inviting the Board to consider whether to adopt guidelines for occasional consents for the festive season.
4. Applications under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976, as amended
There is circulated Report No. LBR-08-07 by the Depute Clerk dated 23 October 2007 listing the undernoted applications which had been adjourned at the Quarterly Meeting of the Board on 16 October 2007.
