A Special Meeting of the Highland Licensing Board – Ross, Skye & Lochaber Division will take place in the Council Chamber, Council Offices, Tigh Na Sgire, Park Lane, Portree, Isle of Skye on Tuesday, 20 November 2007 immediately following the Meeting of the Ross, Skye & Lochaber Licensing Committee.

There is circulated Report No.  LBR-09-07 by the Depute Clerk dated 14 November 2007 which advises that a joint meeting of the Highland Divisional Licensing Boards agreed a draft Statement of Policy, in terms of Section 6 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, with respect to the exercise of their functions. 

The Depute Clerk invites the Board to consider the responses and decide if it wishes to change the Statement of Policy.
