There is circulated for confirmation the Minute of the Meeting of the Ross, Skye and Lochaber Divisional Licensing Board held on 22 January 2008.

3.  Policy on Permitted Hours

There is circulated Report No. LBR-07-08 by the Depute Clerk recommending Members agree a policy on permitted hours for premises in the Ross, Skye and Lochaber Area which will be licensed under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.

4.  Complaint – Isle of Raasay Hotel

A complaint has been received under Section 31 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 in respect of these premises.  Details of the complaint will be tabled and Members will require to decide whether or not to hold a Hearing on the issue.

5. Complaint – Broadford Hotel
