Webcast Notice: This meeting will be filmed and broadcast over the Internet on the Highland Council website and will be archived and available for viewing for 12 months thereafter.

3. Burial Ground Extension

There is circulated Report No. HC-22-12 (37kb pdf) by the Head of Legal & Democratic Services which invites the Council to resolve to provide an extension to the Burial Ground at Mellon Charles, Ross-shire.

The Council is asked to agree to provide the above Burial Ground extension under Section 9 of the Burial Grounds (Scotland) Act 1855, as amended.
