The Electoral Commission has made available considerable resources to support Election Staff carrying out their duties on 3 May 2012. The resources, which will be made available to appointed staff in paper copy, can be found using the links below:

In order to ensure that Polling Staff are fully aware of their duties and responsibilities at the election, they are required to attend one of the following briefing meetings noted below.

Additional Information to highlight to Polling Staff for the Sealing of the Ballot Box

Additional seals should be applied to the boxes on the two sides of the lid that are currently unsealed. Presiding Officers will be supplied with self-adhesive single use numbered seals for this purpose, four will be issued per ballot box, two to be used per the unsealed edge of the lid.
