Presentations of Results

The fifth Highland Council Employee Survey was conducted during the week 22nd – 26th February and returns were taken up until the end of March. We would like to thank all those who completed the questionnaire.  4416 questionnaires were returned representing a response rate of 36.3%.  This response rate across Services and areas means that we can be confident that this survey’s results continue to represent a reliable view of staff attitudes.
