Developing PPP and Joint Ventures

A team located within the Finance Service headquarters provides specialist financial management advice and support to a range of Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Joint Venture initiatives being progressed by the Council.

Financial guidance and support is provided by team members through a number of inter-disciplinary working groups set up to progress existing, and develop new, initiatives.
