The Insurance and Risk Management Section is responsible for the arrangement of insurance cover and processing claims for the Council and Joint Boards and also administration of the following community schemes:

Information and claim forms can be accepted electronically.  If you wish to submit a claim, please complete the following form:

Third Party Incident Form (Word 97)

and Email the completed form to us at:  insurance_services@highland.gov.uk

The Section is also responsible for managing risks the Council faces. Please contact this office if you notice anything which you consider to be a hazard.
