The Highland Council Payroll Section is managed by the Payroll and Pensions Manager, Charlie MacCallum, who can be contacted on 01463 702334.
The Section provides a payroll service to all Council employees on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis. We also provide a service for travel and subsistence claims, car loans and car leasing.
Occupational Pensions for the Local Government, Police and Fire Pension schemes are also paid through Payroll
