Council Appoints Head of Construction (27/08/07)

The Highland Council has appointed Mr Gary Westwater from Fife Council to the post of Head of Construction within the newly-formed Housing and Property Service.

Mr Westwater is a qualified architect with considerable local government experience.  Currently employed by Fife Council as General Services Manager, Mr Westwater will be taking up the new post later this year.
