New Head Teacher for Teanassie Primary School (01/03/07)

A new Head Teacher has been appointed to the 68-pupil Teanassie Primary School.  He is Mr Gerry McKenna, currently Depute Head Teacher at Edlesburgh Primary School in Buckinghamshire, a post he has held since August 2005.   He will take up his post on 16 April.

Prior to this, Mr McKenna has held teaching posts in a number of primary schools following a career change from business and private industry.
