Living on the Geopark edge (28/11/07)

Farr High School pupils Andrew Henderson S3, David Stokes S6 and Alan Swaile S3 at the entrance to the Geopark between Tongue and Hope.

Three pupils from Farr High School recently attended a Geopark Conference at Ullapool’s MacPhail Centre.

Third year pupils Andrew Henderson and Alan Swaile and sixth year pupil David Stokes were accompanied by Depute Head Teacher Stewart McPhail.

Andrew and Alan gave a presentation about how living at the Farr edge of the Geopark affected their lives. David is studying Higher Geology after successfully completing Intermediate 2 Geology last year.
