The Highland Council is to hold a public meeting at 7 p.m. on 14th April 2008 at Newtonmore Village Hall to consider the content of the West Highland and Islands Local Plan.

Work commences on Raasay Ferry Terminal

Council Progresses Inverness Flood Prevention Schemes

The Highland Council has agreed to progress two flood prevention schemes in Inverness, which are aimed at reducing the risk of flooding to properties adjacent to the River Ness.
