The Highland Council is making it easier for people to access council services and make payments by providing more of its business on the Internet.
People wanting to book a bulky uplift for large or heavy items of domestic waste that cannot fit into their normal bins can now book and pay for a bulky uplift online at www.highland.gov.uk/bulkyuplift.
Residents who live in Inverness who require on-street parking permits can also order these at their own convenience online at www.highland.gov.uk/parkingpermits.
As part of the Council’s Corporate Improvement Programme, the Council has developed a range of online forms for Complaints, Comments / compliments, Council Bills / fixed penalties, and Freedom of Information. These and more online forms which are being developed are available at: www.highland.gov.uk/online
