Council Priorities for Action 2009-2011

These pages reflect the performance of The Highland Council over the past year and highlight our priorities for action over the next three years. We have the ambition to make the Highlands one of Europe's leading regions, by creating sustainable communities, with more balanced growth and economic development across the region. We also want to build a fairer and healthier Highlands.
