New on our web site is a weekly list of public notices, published by the Council in weekly newspapers throughout the Highlands. In an effort to be more efficient, we are compositing adverts.  Planning applications and planning notices have more demanding deadlines and will be advertised separately.

Tender Information

Advertising will take place as follows as a minimum:

• Requirements with a value in excess of £25,000:  Council’s own Website via the Public Procurement Portal: www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk
• Requirements with a value in excess of £50,000:  Council’s own Website via the Public Procurement Portal and Government Opportunities
• Requirements with a value in excess of € 211,000 (Supplies and Services) or €5,278,000  (Works):  Official Journal of the European Union (first), Council’s own Website via the Public Procurement Portal, and Government Opportunities.
