Chief Executive's Service
As the Head of Service, the Chief Executive’s main role is to manage the day-to-day operation of the Council. His headquarters’ management team includes an Assistant Chief Executive and Heads of Service covering E-Government, Policy and Performance, and Legal and Democratic Services. He also has A Corporate Manager, a City Manager for Inverness and 13 Ward Managers to oversee the Council’s performance in delivering services to local communities.
