Carol Elliot, Ward Manager, will ensure the efficient delivery of services within the ward and work with other agencies and community groups to maximise available funds. She will also administer the local Ward Forum, which will comprise the three ward councillors as well as a representative from the police and community partners.

Community Project Development Scheme
The Tain and Easter Ross Ward has a Community Project Development Scheme.
This scheme aims to ensure that Communities who have a local development proposal can access expert development advice and assistance where necessary to help them take local projects on from the planning to the funding and implementation stages.
This scheme is open to formally constituted voluntary groups whose membership is open to the whole community. Assistance is discretionary and each application will be considered on its own merits.
