Should you wish to carry out any tree felling or surgery works within a Tree Preservation Order or Conservation Area, then a Tree Work Application Form must be completed and returned to the Planning & Development Service for consideration. A copy of this form may be downloaded from this web page.
The Planning & Development Service will respond to your application within a 6 week period and you must not proceed with any work until you have received written authorisation.
