Building Standards Policy Notes are forming the heart of our drive to be more consistent in the application of the Technical Handbooks. They will give our customers advice on how we will deal with a variety of issues. Each Policy Note is developed from staff discussion, often of issues brought to us by our customers. Our policy group meets regularly and policy is formed by consensus, taking all relevant factors into consideration.
