The Highland Council has prepared a Development Brief to guide regeneration at the core of the Longman Estate, Inverness. This Brief was approved in June 2006 and relates to land and property in the quadrants adjoining the A82/Harbour road roundabout and associated issues. The Inverness Local Plan (adopted March 2006) identifies the “core” as potentially suitable for bulky-goods retailing, business and services.
