Access to Small Scale Rural Developments

The Council is currently preparing supplementary guidance for Access to Small Scale Rural Developments included in the settlement areas identified in the West Highland and Islands Local Plan.

The Guidance aims to secure developer contributions for single track rural road infrastructure improvements and repairs which are proportionate to a proposed development.
