The Council considered the Report of Examination. There is one aspect of the Reporters' recommendations which the Council decided not to follow; a Statement of Explanation (pdf 22kb) of that was produced. Modifications to the Plan were published. An Update Statement was produced with regard to Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulations Appraisal including Appropriate Assessment was also produced.
