The following Background Papers set the context for the Plan. We produced them in November 2005 for information and comment. They set out the recent changes and the current context in terms of Housing, Economic Development and the Environment. They also raised a number of issues to be considered as part of the Local Plan process. They were sent out to all the main local organisations and other agencies we would normally consult when we prepare a local plan.
