The Highland Council held a Public Local Inquiry into objections to the Inverness Local Plan. The Inquiry concluded on June 25th, 2004.
The Inverness Local Plan was adopted in March 2006. The information and documents below remain on this website as a historical record.

Objections to the Local Plan, lodged in respect of the following issues, were referred for consideration at the Inquiry. All those who had lodged written objections to the Deposit Draft of the Local Plan or to the proposed Modifications to the Deposit Draft Plan were invited to participate.
