The Highland Council held a Public Local Inquiry into objections to the Ross & Cromarty East Local Plan. The Inquiry was held in June and July 2005.

The Ross & Cromarty East Local Plan was adopted in February 2007. The information and documents below remain on this website as a historical record.

Objections to the Local Plan, lodged in respect of various issues, were referred for consideration at the Inquiry. All those who had lodged written objections to the Deposit Draft of the Local Plan or to the proposed Modifications to the Deposit Draft Plan were invited to participate.
