Skye and Lochalsh Local Plan

Please note that the Skye and Lochalsh Local Plan is now being reviewed as the West Highland and Islands Local Plan.

The Highland Council intend to prepare a replacement of the Skye & Lochalsh Local Plan comprising the Skye & Lochalsh Area.

Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Scoping Report

The Strategic Environmental Assessment Scoping Report for the Skye & Lochalsh Local Plan has been prepared in accordance with Regulation 17 of the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes (Scotland) Regulations 2004. The purpose of this report is to set out sufficient information on the Skye & Lochalsh Local Plan to enable the Consultation Authorities to form a view on the consultation periods and the scope and level of detail that will be appropriate for the environmental report.
