Sutherland Local Plan - Deposit Draft (November 2008)

The Council published the Sutherland Local Plan - Deposit Draft (November 2008) and Revised Environmental Report.  There was opportunity to view the documents and to submit to the Council representations and comments, which had to arrive no later than 5pm on Friday 23 January 2009.  Further information about the consultation was given in the Public Notice.  The documents and other information are available below.  A report on the issues raised was considered by the Planning, Environment and Development Committee on 18 March 2009.  Appendix 2 to that report provides a fuller version of the new representations.  A link to the Committee Papers is available in the Related Information section on the right of this page.  A further report was considered by Committee on the 20th May 2009.

Outstanding issues of objection were subsequently considered at Examination and following that the Council has published the Plan As Modified together with associated documents including the Notice of Intention to Adopt the Local Plan As Modified.
