The council has prepared the following non-statutory development brief for Lochcarron. It provides a framework for a comprehensive and cohesive approach to development including layout, access, sustainable design principles, servicing and environmental requirements. The Council were assisted in its preparation by an architectural practice, Rural Design, who contributed design guidance to ensure that development moves forward in a sensitive and appropriate manner.
