This report sets out the process by which The Highland Council has consulted during the preparation of the Highland Structure Plan. The Plan has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and the Town and Country Planning (Structure and Local Plans) (Scotland) Regulations 1983.
