Small-Scale Wind Turbine Proposals

Draft Supplementary Guidance has been prepared to provide guidance on the level of information that should accompany planning applications and prior notification/approval applications for small-scale wind turbine developments. This was formally reported to the Planning, Environment and Development Committee on 21st September 2011. Minor amendments are to be made to the guidance and it will be consulted upon widely thereafter. In the meantime, the version reported to Committee is available below and this will be used as an advice note to assist applicants with their submissions.
