The Scottish Planning Online website allows, for the first time, applications and appeals to be submitted over the internet. The links below provide access to the Scottish Planning Online website, as well as other useful information:
- Scottish Planning Online website
- User Guide - (pdf)
- ePlanning Standards - includes information on file size, file format and file naming conventions to be adhered to when submitting ePlanning applications
- Planning fee payment options
- Data protection - please be aware that when submitting an application online, explicit permission is deemed to be given covering the display, through the IDOX Public Access facility (see point 1, above), of both application and any plans/drawings, including any copyright or intellectual property right.
- To download planning application forms: click onto the Scottish Planning Online Portal at www.eplanning.scotland.gov.uk. From the home page click on the tab “Download Forms”. On that page select Highland from the “Application Forms and Guidance Notes Dropdown” …this will then give a list of all forms and guidance notes. Select the one(s) you want and download saving to your hard disk, drive or portable storage device.
