The majority of planning application forms together with guidance on how to complete them can now be found at ePlanning Scotland. Anyone wishing to submit a marine application should use the form below.

Once completed, you should send your application form, together with any supporting documentation and the appropriate fee to:

Applications - submitted in paper - which propose development within the Cairngorms National Park will require 5 sets of plans rather than 4.
