Two road lines have been developed through Inshes Retail Park: a northern route and a southern route.

The Highland Council are committed to retaining the Inshes District Retail Centre.  The road lines have therefore been designed to retain sufficient land for a District Centre.

It will be difficult to avoid impacting on some properties in this area but every effort will be made to liaise with all affected landowners.

Scott Wilson are undertaking an Options Appraisal of the two routes which will comprise of an assessment against cost, environment, strategic and local road operational aspects, and land use.

Consultations are taking place with the emergency services including the Police, the Scottish Ambulance Service and Raigmore Hospital.
