Persons wishing to carry out work in or on the adopted road, or to occupy any part of the adopted road, are required to obtain permission from the Roads Authority. Permission is granted by the issue of a permit or licence by The Highland Council. Application forms for permits and licences can be accessed by clicking on the links below.
Applicants should note that occupying any part of the road or carrying out works on the road without the relevant permission constitutes an offence. Completed forms should be returned to the relevant TEC Services Area Office together with the correct payment.
