The public contact us to report the failure of the following:
- Street Lighting
- Illuminated Traffic Sign
- Floodlighting Schemes installed and maintained by the Council
- Traffic Signal
- Navigation Lights
- Christmas Lighting installed and maintained by the Council.
When contacting the Council please provide the following information:
- Location
- Number of the failed lights (Each piece of equipment has a unique number.
- If no number noted, nearest house address will be sufficient) Has the fault been reported previously? If so, when?
