There is no formal Application Form. Applicants may explain and illustrate their proposed projects as they wish, however a summary is essential showing:
- Brief project description
- Key costs, capital and revenue
- Timescales
- Benefits provided
- Any other funding sources

All contribution applications will be:
- Referred to various Council Services for comment
- Subject of a recommendation from Council Officers
- Submitted to the Community Projects Working Group which comprises of a Councillor from each of the Council's areas.
Match Funding
Any contribution given must be matched with 10% match-funding. Such funding may have to come from a third party source
