About Waste Awareness - the work we do and the services we offer

We offer a free waste education service for schools and youth organisations in the Highlands to promote the 3Rs - Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle - message through presentations, activities and games. If you would like more information click here.

We monitor the kerbside collection service and conduct doorstepping campaigns to encourage greater participation. We also organise promotional activities such as 'roadshow’events at supermarkets and High Streets and deliver talks to local community groups.
