Grants - Community Cash in Tain and Easter Ross
Tain and Easter Ross local councillors have set aside a ‘pot’ of £15,000 – made up of £6,500 from the local Ward Discretionary Budget topped up by £8,500 Scottish Government funding - and they want to put the community in control of how it is spent through a ‘Community Cash’ event.
What can you apply for?
We need your ideas for projects, large or small, that will:
- Benefit as many people as possible across the community.
- Help make Tain and Easter Ross a better place for everybody
Whether you want to organise a dance for young people, a healthy living project, a crime prevention idea, a lunch club for older residents, a community art project, the only limit is your imagination.
Any community groups or organisations, based inside the Ward of Tain and Easter Ross can put in 1application for up to £1,500 to put your ideas into action.
To apply for the funding you must return your completed form before the closing date of 22 January 2018.
