Impact of COVID-19 on bus pass production
Following the temporary suspension of card production, and in line with safe physical distancing measures, limited card production for National Entitlement Cards has recommenced from Monday 1 June.
Requests for replacements and renewals from existing cardholders are being processed and from Tuesday 14 July 2020 applications for new cards will be accepted with the relevant proofs and evidence. Requests for forms should be made over the telephone to 01349 886604 or by email to customer services.
Service Points remain closed at this time so you are unable to collect forms or delivery completed forms to these offices.

Photocopies of proofs and evidence can be sent with the form or these can be scanned and emailed to customer services. Please include your name, address and date of birth with the email in order that evidence can be matched to your application.
Osprey House is a non-customer facing office therefore please do not visit the office to deliver your forms.
Post Offices will be accepting and verifying Over 60’s application forms from Monday 20 July 2020. You can if you wish have your form verified at a Post Office and then send the form to Osprey House.
Applying for a renewal or replacement
Local Authorities are now accepting requests for renewals and replacements for lost, stolen or broken cards. Priority is being given to those in the over 60’s and disabled person’s Concessionary Travel Schemes.
