Visualisation standards

Our guide to Visualisation Standards helps you make sure that photomontages submitted in support of applications and contained within Environmental Statements are accurate and clearly understood depictions of proposals so that the public and officials can make informed decisions.

These standards have been produced with wind energy development in mind, but the principles could apply to all submissions where panoramic photomontages are submitted.

Environmental management

Environmental management is important for all construction projects, however the detail required for a particular project is directly proportional to the perceived risks from the project. The Council has produced a guidance note on the Construction Environmental Management Process for Large Scale Projects which aims to set out a robust Project Environmental Management Process (PEMP) for large scale (for example Major and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects.
