Kenneth & Marsail Maclennan were awarded LEADER funding for the construction of a large luxury glamping pod on their working family croft overlooking the River Ewe. The project will provide an additional revenue stream for the family business and fulfil the demand for holiday accommodation in Poolewe area. The applicants hope to instil an appreciation of their Gaelic language and culture by using simple Gaelic signage in the cabin and promoting traditional music events and Gaelic-based facilities and activities.
